Built for showgoers at the Ohio Theater, politicians, attorneys, and even the average Joe, Manifesto Tuscan Grato and Scotch Bar is not like any other bar and restaurant you will find in Columbus, Ohio. Like sister restaurant de-Novo Bistro, Manifesto boasts its own unique style and décor. Booths and seating arrangements are secretive and intimate and a second-floor private room that seats up to 24 is available through its very own staircase.

The core of Manifesto’s foundation is the scotch list with more than 60 varieties available. But don’t let that distract from the seasonal beer list and wine list as well. The Italian-influenced food menu delivers plates that can be shared or selfishly enjoyed individually.
