Built for showgoers at the Ohio Theater, politicians, attorneys, and even the average Joe, Manifesto Tuscan Grato and Scotch Bar is not like any other bar and restaurant you will find in Columbus, Ohio. Like sister restaurant de-Novo Bistro, Manifesto boasts its own unique style and décor. Booths and seating arrangements are secretive and intimate and a second-floor private room that seats up to 24 is available through its very own staircase.

The core of Manifesto’s foundation is the scotch list with more than 60 varieties available. But don’t let that distract from the seasonal beer list and wine list as well. The Italian-influenced food menu delivers plates that can be shared or selfishly enjoyed individually.

We’re Manifesto, and we’re excited that you are considering us for your upcoming event. Below are our menu options.

 

The appetizers are priced for 12 people. The lunch menu is only available for parties that are scheduled between 10am and 3pm. The three-course dinner option is available anytime.

We are aware that people have sensitivities and allergies, and we will always do everything we can for those guests.

This beautifully appointed room seats 26 comfortably, at one continuous table. Some tables can be moved others cannot. It will be our pleasure to suggest, or set up the room in a way that best suits your event.

We believe the devil is in the details. It will be our pleasure to create place cards for your guests. All that’s needed is a copy of the guest list in excel format.

 

We ask that all decorations be approved before set up. Glitter and feathers are not permitted.

 

Since we are a restaurant, and not a catering venue, we are not permitted to allow outside alcoholic beverages. We do, however, only bill based on consumption. If there are budget restraints, it will be our pleasure to limit what your guests can have, or allow them to open individual tabs

Once appetizers are chosen, we will send a preliminary invoice and a credit card authorization form.

FEES:

We do have minimums that we enforce, for events that happen during “Prime Time” hours, holidays, or during large conferences that happen downtown from time to time. “Prime Time” hours are Fridays and Saturdays, 5pm-9pm. There are exceptions to every rule, as we cannot predict how business will trend, even during “Prime Time” hours, during slower times of the year.

A 20% Gratuity is added to every party for your convenience.

Everything will be lined out on your preliminary invoice.

We ask that parties put a non-refundable 25% deposit down when they book. This we will return at the completion of the event. The deposit is based on the preliminary invoice.

There are no room rental fees.

 

There will be a fee added for any outside food.
